What we do

United Container Depot sells and delivers used shipping containers to job sites, businesses, and private buyers across the USA. This website is a lead capture and quote request tool. Submitting a form does not constitute a purchase agreement — it starts a conversation. Any sale is governed by a separate purchase or rental agreement.

Quotes and pricing

All prices are estimates and subject to change based on container availability, condition, delivery distance, and site access requirements. A final quote will be provided before any purchase is confirmed.

Delivery timelines of 7–14 days are typical but not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, site access issues, or logistics outside our control do not constitute a breach of agreement.

Container condition

Used containers are sold in wind-tight and water-tight condition unless otherwise specified. Minor surface rust, dents, and cosmetic wear are normal and do not constitute defects. Photos and condition reports are available on request before purchase.

United Container Depot is not responsible for damage caused by improper placement, site conditions, overloading beyond rated capacity, or modifications made after delivery.

Delivery and site access

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible by a standard tilt-bed truck and that ground conditions can support container placement. Additional fees may apply for difficult access, permits, or re-delivery attempts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Container Depot's liability to any buyer or inquirer is limited to the amount paid for the specific container in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
